Brand design / Space layouts / Signage
Duration of the project: 6 months – Delivery: October 2013
The architectural neutrality keeps its cards hidden. And the building hosting Les Trois Baudets, Parisian theater built in the 30s, is now dedicated to welfare housing.
Creating a signage program, such as exterior or interior circulations, requires some preliminary studies to succeed in sharing the urban imagination and initiating an architectural discussion with the surroundings: the users of the building upstairs space, concerned by their quality of life, their tranquility and their night sleep, and the ground floor and basement users, such as the administrative staff and clients under performance obligations and attractiveness expectations, sound and luminous, the one living in an urban environment with a high level of competition / Pigalle and his night shops.
The brand design and signage mission consists in setting the brand codes related to its market, truth, and ambitions, in a dynamic and attractive perspective, while adhering to the institutional codes of the City of Paris.
